What is Amazon Prime Day?

Prime Day is Amazon’s annual shopping event with tons of deals on products across all categories, including tech, beauty, home and kitchen, smart home, and more. Prime Day 2020 began on October 13 and will run through October 14.

During the event, many items drop to all-time low prices, with some products even selling for less than you’d see on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Prime Day deals are only available to Amazon Prime subscribers. The service costs $13 a month, or $120 if you pay annually. Prime members receive several perks and benefits, including free two-day shipping on many items, Prime Video streaming access, and more. New members can take advantage of a 30-day free trial.

When does Prime Day end?

Amazon Prime Day 2020 ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 14 for shoppers on the West Coast. On the East Coast, Prime Day will come to a close at 2:59 a.m. ET on October 15.
