New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s PowerPoints have become a major talking point during the coronavirus pandemic.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has been in the national spotlight for leading New York — the epicenter of the coronavirus in America — through the pandemic. But the PowerPoint presentations he utilizes in his daily briefings have arguably become the real star of his leadership.

Cuomo has mastered PowerPoint comedy — the art of transforming a mundane office medium into the absurd that delivers something surprising or chaotic. As Business Insider’s Juliana Kaplan explains, Cuomo’s PowerPoints deliver a calming sense of authenticity and candor.

“Cuomo’s PowerPoints read like an iPhone notes app list of everything he woke up worrying about in the middle of the night. It’s the text a dad sends with his assorted list of worries,” Kaplan wrote. “Cuomo’s PowerPoints seem like a projection of his id: They’re from a loud, bullet-pointed heart.”

As younger generations turn to memes to cope with the pandemic, Cuomo’s PowerPoints have become instant hits on the internet.

Here are some of his best slides.
